Audit only sites you are allowed to

You may audit websites that you own or are authorized to analyze. Do not use Dascenda to crawl or audit sites where you do not have permission to do so, or in a way that violates a site's terms.

Respect crawling limits

• The crawler honors robots.txt and applies per-plan page limits.
• Do not attempt to bypass crawl limits, rate limits, or other technical safeguards.
• Do not use Dascenda to launch high-volume requests intended to overload a target site.

Prohibited activity

• Auditing or processing illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the service without permission.
• Sharing your account credentials or reselling access in violation of your plan.
• Attempting to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Using the service to send spam or unlawful communications.

Fair use of AI features

AI recommendations are provided to help you improve your site. You are responsible for reviewing and applying changes. Do not rely on Dascenda as a guarantee of search rankings, and do not use it to generate deceptive or manipulative content.

Plan limits

Each plan includes specific audit and crawl limits, which are enforced on our servers. Abusing limits or attempting to circumvent billing may result in suspension.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
